An organism that interferes with the status quo by posing novel questions rooted in logic and evidence. When on trial for his life, the ancient philosopher Socrates compared himself to a gadfly - whose role was "to sting people and whip them into a fury, all in the service of the truth."

Clients include Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, institutions of higher education, foundations, political campaigns, and public sector entities. Gadfly was founded by Meredith Sadin, Ph.D., a Princeton-trained social scientist with a passion for truth-telling.

Hi, I'm Meredith.

While at Princeton getting my Ph.D. in social science in 2014, I had a burning desire to bring my social science doctoral training into the "real world" using rigorous empirics. Since doing so, I have consulted with more than 100 public and private sector organizations in order to utilize theories and methods of social science to answer questions that have an immediate impact. From UX to best practices to organizational change, I bring rigorous research design and a myriad methodological approaches to every question.
